Teachers Mutual Transfer system of the Affiliated high School under West Bengal Board Secondary Education in West Bengal already continue some years ago. New normal Teachers Transfer system going to be implement from December, 2013 For Affiliated high School Teachers under W.B.B.S.E. Today announced on newspaper by the Chairman Mr. Chittyaranjan Mandal of West Bengal School service commission. The Education Minister of West Bengal Mr.Bratya Basu told earlier about the Teachers Transfer (normal) system that will be start very soon in this year 2013.
This bill already passed from Bidhan sobha and then has been sent to Judicial Department for getting approval near about two month ago. This normal Teachers Transfer system likely to be implement from the month of December,2013. Now all the related works are processing under Govt.of West Bengal for passing this normal Teachers Transfer system. Govt.of West Bengal Update the system and will be immediately published in the govt gazed.

System for Teachers Transfer:-
The Chairman Mr.Chittyaranjan Mandal of West Bengal School service commission says,
1. Any teachers will be apply in this manner: If who He or she has been appointed as a reserve post they
will be apply only his category for Transfer.
2. No one could not apply from Reserve post to Unreserved post.
3. General Teachers Transfer system of school and where has been vacant the post of teacher in school,

4. Any teachers will be apply only one time of his service life.

Who are Apply:

1. Minimum 5 years service will have completed there for apply Transfer other school.
2. A candidate may be apply or choose for transfer maximum 3 schools.

Selection process for Teachers Transfer:
1. Candidates are selection for Transfer according to their number.
2. Number will be given their experience. Number process as under
a) Who were joined before the year of 2006, they will be get number 2(two) and rest per yaer will get number 1(one)
b) Female candidates will be get extra number 3(three)
c) Female candidates and who has child not more than 10 years they will get 5 numbers.
