Ministry of Communications & IT Department of Posts (FS Division), Government of India has been notification for Refund of Default Fee charges in CBS Post Office. CBS Post office should sent copy of error book exactly duly attested by the postmaster/ SPM alongwith copy of email sent to CPC reporting non functionality of finance to Division Head, Who will issue refund order after confirmation of facts. This has approved of DDG (FS)

It is Government order for RDF Refund of Default Fee.
