North Bengal University (NBU) has been notification for Admission to two year Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) Course. Online Applications in prescribed format are invited for admission to 2 year B.Ed. Course in different B.Ed Colleges under the university of North Bengal. Eligible candidates can apply within last date of Application form submission.

Eligibility Criteria:

• i) 01. Candidates with at least 50% marks (45% for SC/ST candidates) either in the ‘Bachelor’s Degree and/or in the Master’s Degree or any other qualification equivalent thereto. No candidate will get Grade Marks for both Honours & General in the degree level examination. For all Honours candidates, the percentage of marks shall be calculated strictly based on the marks received in the Honours subject.
• 02. Online Application Forms will be available from the University website: www.nbu.ac.in on and from 01.05.2016 to 18.05.2016. The filled in Application Forms must be submitted online along with an online payment of Rs. 500/- (Rs. 200/- for SC / ST Candidates).
• 03. Teachers of recognized Secondary Schools having at least 2 years teaching experience and having requisite qualifications shall have to apply online through the District Inspector of Schools (Secondary) for being considered as ‘Deputed Candidate’.
• ii. Age not more than 35 years as on 30.06.2015.
  * Reservation of seats for candidates shall be strictly as per Government Order.
• Online Applications in prescribed format are invited for admission to 2 year B.Ed. Course in the following Colleges under the University of North Bengal for the session 2016-17 to18.

Fees for Application:
Rs. 500/- for General and Other Categories
Rs. 200/- for SC / ST.

Fees for B.Ed Admission 2016:

Admission Fees Rs. 70,000/- per annum + Rs. 2000/-as processing Fees. Both fees will be paid during Admission period.
