About Kolhan University:

The Kolhan University is a State University established in the year 2009. The University is registered under section (f) of the UGC Act 1956. The University is accrediated by the NAAC. It’s Head Quarter is situated in Chaibasa. It’s territorial jurisdiction extends over three districts of the Kolhan Commissionery namely West Singhbhum, East Singhbhum and Seraikella-Kharsawan.

Kolhan University ( Examination Department) has been a Notification for filling up of Registration Form of BDS 1st year for the session 2015-2019 on 09.01.2017.

This is to notify for information of all concerned that the date of filling up of registration form and fee of 1st year BDS course of the (Session 2015-19) will be as follows:

BDS Students Read Instruction Carefully:

• No individual form & fee will be accepted in the University office from the Candidate.
• Photocopies of Mark Sheet of the last exam and original migration certificate be enclosed with each Examination form of 1st year students.
• College authority is directed to submit list of the students of 1st year of session 2015-19, along with evidententary document regarding their admission as per norm of DCI & Govt. of Jharkhand. Admitted students have to submit their photocopies of selection letter or related documents regarding their admission. Without photocopies of selection letter of entrance test registration will not be considered.
• The college authority is directed to submit one undertaking in which it should be mentioned that “The students, whose registration forms are submitted here with for registration in 1st year of BDS course of Kolhan University, are bonafide students and are eligible as per regulation of Kolhan University & DCI. Their admission has been taken as per rule of Govt. of Jharkhand and DCI. If any fault will found in the future, then college authority will be responsible for the same.”
• College authority is directed to submit the copy of affiliation letter of academic session 2015-19 for aforesaid session. Without affiliation letter registration form will not be accepted. In this condition University will not responsible for any delay of session or exam.

Registration Fee: Each student has to deposit fee as per give below:
